What to expect?
Phase 01
Intake interviews
A personal conversation to explore your goals and intentions, with the option to involve your manager.
Phase 02
Prep workshop
Meet your group, set intentions, and get practical guidance, plus an intro to breathwork and vitality.
Phase 03
Wilderness trail
The pivotal part of the program. Seven days offline in Botswana’s wilderness.
Phase 04
Integrate together
An integration workshop to reconnect as a group, harvest your insights, and translate them into everyday (work) life.
Phase 05
Landing session
One-on-one reflection on your growth and how to carry it forward into your future leadership.

Raising funds for a 800km wildlife corridor
A trail that exceeds personal benefit
Our collaboration with the Timbo Afrika Foundation aims to realize a visionary project: the creation of an 800km wildlife corridor stretching to Mozambique. This corridor is a beacon of hope for wildlife conservation, offering safe passage for species between protected areas, enhancing genetic diversity, and nurturing healthier ecosystems.
